Collier Roach the origin of this dog is not very clear. It is supposed to be a descendant of Scotland and comes from the mixture of breeds such as Stretch and Barzoi. What is clear is that it is a descendant of herding breeds. It is a very intelligent dog and will be assigned tasks as a guard dog, rescue dog, search and rescue dog and guide dog for blind children. Its main diseases are related to vision such as retinal atrophy. The Collier Roach is cheerful, intelligent, balanced, affectionate, sweet, sensitive and has a great sense of protection towards its owners. It does not need much care but it does need to be picked up every day. Physical Characteristics it is between 55 and 60 cm tall and weighs between 22 and 32 kilogram. Its life expectancy is around 13 years. It has a body that is longer than it is tall and quite muscular. It does not have any disproportionate body part. It has a double layer of hair. It is very dense but it is not the same all over the body since on the snout and around the eyes it is much shorter and smooth. The main colors of the coat are white, tricolor or blue Merle the snout, apart from having short and fine hair, is long and rounded. The eyes are medium sized, almond colored or dark.
