Do you know what to consider when choosing your cat's food? Together with Katie, we'll give you the keys. First, get to know their nutritional needs. Cats are strict carnivores and their diet should be based on animal protein. Second, consider the different types of food. We can choose between dry food, commercial wet food or homemade food. Since cats tend to drink little water and dry food has a very low moisture content, it is advisable to supplement it with wet food. Both dry food and wet food should have meat or fish as the first ingredients. At Katathomas, we have a wide variety of dry food and wet food recipes that are ideal for our cats. Onyx and Deku have tried the dry food for sterilized cats and they loved it. As for wet food, they've tried stew, pate and moose. All the recipes are mainly made up of meat or fish and are perfect for a mixed diet based on dry food and wet food. Their favorite was moose because of its soft and creamy texture. Although they loved them all three, take their tastes into account. Choose the food that your cat likes the most, but always keep in mind that it meets their nutritional needs.
