¿Los gatos protegen de malas energías? - ¿Mito o realidad?

This is a YouTube video titled "¿Los gatos protegen de malas energías? - ¿Mito o realidad?" created on July 13, 2018, discussing myths and realities about cats and their supposed powers to cleanse negative energies. The content explains the scientific and cultural background behind these beliefs, debunking myths while highlighting cats' sensitivity and historical significance in various cultures. The video encourages viewers to appreciate cats for their natural qualities rather than mystical powers.
Cats are animals with unique and distinctive behavior. So much so that there are many myths surrounding the species that have led to interpretations or legends surrounding certain behaviors. Even today. Among all these legends, we find one that claims that cats cleanse negative energies and suggests that cats powers are so strong that they are considered spiritual guardians. But how much truth is there in all this? Is it a myth or a reality? Find out from an animal expert. Cats are very sensitive and this directly influences the way they relate to other cats, people and even other animals, as well as how they respond to stimuli in their environment. However, what this really means is that they perceive people's energies and bad vibes. You've probably heard that cats are able to perceive people's fear, a statement that is partly true since non verbal language, pheromones or adrenaline betray people who suffer from fear and make cats more reluctant to interact with them. Therefore, we would not speak of bad energy as a spiritual concept, but rather as a physiological and adaptive response of the feline organism that is directly related to survival. Cats possess a unique sense of perception. For this reason, if your cat hides when people come to the home, it may be due to this same cause. It is no coincidence that in many cultures, such as ancient Egypt, cats were considered to be healers or that cats were capable of cleaning bad energy. Since their very nature is related to hygiene, cats not only clean themselves, but have also kept homes free of rats or other vermin throughout the history of their domestication. Thus, since rats were considered carriers of diseases and bad energy, the feline was given the status of healer, represented by the goddess Basted or Bast. In fact, this important Egyptian divinity was the protector of humans, the home, and the goddess of happiness and harmony. In many cultures, cats are considered spiritual guardians, such as in China or Japan, where the story of the Chinese lucky cat, the mannequin, is popular, which drives away evil spirits and attracts good fortune. These are popular legends, deeply rooted in popular culture that promote respect, care and adoption of homeless cats. Are cats powers real? If we understand powers as sensitivity to people's emotional states, the detection of diseases, or the ability to detect odors and stimuli through their powerful senses, we could say that cats are animals with special powers. In fact, there is even a legend that claims that cats steal people's energy. But this is a completely false and unjustified myth that is mainly caused by the mysticism surrounding cats. Are you thinking of adopting a cat that absorbs bad energy? Cats, as incredible as they may seem, are simply living beings that have nothing to do with good or bad energy. For this reason, if you are considering adopting a cat with the intention of having it absorb bad energy, we ask that you reconsider and buy an amulet instead. Cats are extremely sensitive and spectacular animals, but in no case will they be effective against the evil eye or bad energy. If you adopt a cat, do so out of passion for these animals, but never as another way of fighting against or in favor of magic. Don't forget what did you think of today's video? Quite interesting, right? Do you know of any legends that attribute powers to cats? Leave us your comments and don't forget to give us a like and a subscription if you enjoyed this video.
