PERROS VS GATOS, ¿quién ganará?

Dogs versus cats: which pet wins? The video compares intelligence, cleanliness, affection, playfulness, smell, ease of care, and cuteness using scientific studies and statistics to help you pick a side.
Welcome to this new video from Animal Expert. Today we'll be talking about the best and worst qualities of dogs and cats in a never before seen showdown. On the left side in red we have cats and on the right side in blue we have dogs. The time has come. Leave your comment in favor against or in a tie. What will be the final result? Don't miss it. Who is More Intelligent? Since they are different species, it is very complicated to determine from a scientific point of view which of these two animals is more intelligent. A study published in the journal New Science reveals that cognitive abilities are higher in the case of dogs. But in addition, a collaborative study by different universities indicates that dogs have twice as many neurons in the cerebral cortex as cats, which would indicate that they are more intelligent. So dogs win this first round. Who is Cleaner? If we analyze the behavior patterns between dogs and cats, we can see that felines dedicate half of their lives to resting and growing. In fact, they can spend up to four hours a day grooming themselves, a significantly longer time than dogs. Cats do not need to be bathed as they clean themselves, while dogs do require regular bathing, especially if they tend to get dirty. Therefore, cats win in this second round. Who is more Affectionate? To provide a reliable answer to this question, we analyzed a study by PAWSIC which measured oxytocin levels in people after interacting with their pets, whether dogs or cats. Oxytocin, known as the love hormone, is produced after physical or visual contact in affectionate relationships, such as between couples or parents and children. The study reveals that there was a five fold increase in oxytocin levels when humans interacted with their dogs. However, of the 20 relationships analyzed, two of them showed very high levels in cats. Even so, on this occasion, the point goes to dogs. Who is more fun? It is difficult to determine which of these two animals is funnier because even after watching hundreds of funny videos, it is impossible to say which of these two species is funnier. So we will leave it a tie. Who has a better sense of smell? To answer this question, we must analyze the olfactory receptors of both species, although some breeds may have a higher number than average. In general, the olfactory receptors in dogs are between 200 and 300 million, while cats are around 67 million. Knowing that humans only have 5 million, we can conclude that both animals have a highly developed sense of smell. Although dogs clearly win with their especially sensitive noses, who is easier to care for? If we review the care that dogs and cats require, such as feeding, walking space, hygiene and health, we can quickly see that Cats are much easier to care for. They do not need as much space as a dog, nor should they go for walks or receive regular showers due to internal or external parasites. Even so, in general they tend to require more veterinary care than dogs. On this occasion, cats win which of them is Cuter? Both animals are very cute, especially when they are kittens. So to find out what human perception really is, we we reviewed a study by Jessica Gull about searching for animal videos on the Internet carried out on 695 people. The result? Although most people claimed to have a soft spot for both animals, cats provided more relaxation and pleasure to the user. In addition, cat videos on YouTube have more views per video than any other category. So according to statistics, the cutest for humans are cats. Who wins? Dogs or cats? As you can see, there is a technical tie. Can you help us solve it? Leave your comments indicating which animals are better, dogs or cats. We will read them all.
