Receta muy fácil de galletas para perros con Como Tartas Para Chocolate. ¿Le gustarán a Yako?

Carlos, a veterinarian, and Machu from Como Tartas Para Chocolate make homemade dog cookies. They test the treats on Yako, Machu's dog, and explain the health benefits of each ingredient used in the recipe.
Okay, Carlos, did you check or not? Hello, I'm Carlos, a clinical veterinarian in small animals. Welcome to the Happy Pets and Families Channel. In today's video, we're going to teach you how to make some very healthy and nutritious cookies for dogs. Don't miss it, because you'll see how easy it is to prepare such a healthy and nutritious treat for your companion. But first, Machu from the blog Como Tardis Parachocolate, who is the author of our recipe, is going to introduce us to Yako, her dog, who will be the quality control of our cookies. At the end of the video, he'll give us his assessment and I hope it won't be too hard. That's it, dog.
Well, let me introduce you to Yakko. He's my little Jackie. He's a Labrador. He's 10 years old. He's one more in the family. As you can see, he's very good, although he's also a bit of a troublemaker. He's very affectionate, he loves having his belly touched, and he's hyperactive. He. He goes out the door and takes a deep breath. Okay. But as you can see, a baby. Today we are in very good company because we have Yako and Machu from the blog as chocolate cakes. And today we have prepared to make him a very special recipe for the treats that you can normally give to your pet. We are going to give you the whole recipe for some delicious, healthy and nutritious cookies for your dog. Machu is a lifelong friend of mine who started a baking blog. Apart from liking desserts and such, she also has a passion and a weakness, which is her Jakin. Well, Machui, how did you come up with the idea of making a cookie to give to Jakku? You already know that I really like to innovate and mix things up and so on. And I said, let's see if ya is also a member of my family, and I make things for my family and I make things for my friends, why shouldn't I make it for my dog? So that's what I came up with. A way to give him something that I know I've made myself that's not something industrial and that I've used ingredients that I think are healthy for him. I'm sure ya will love them. There you go, doggy. Well, let's start with our recipe for Yakka's cookies. The first thing we're going to need is 330 grams of whole wheat flour. It's very important that it's whole wheat. A golden apple, which we've already washed, and we're going to leave the skin on. What we have to do is remove the seeds, which is very important because they're toxic to dogs. A teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 80ml of extra virgin olive oil because it's much healthier. An egg. And optionally 35ml of water. We'll only use this in case the dough is too thick, so we can add it little by little.
And sugar. It has sugar.
No, no, no. Come on. No, no.
I think it's great that they didn't put it in the cookie recipe because it wouldn't be beneficial at all, of course.
And they're for dogs. These are dog biscuits. And obviously, if you want to try them, you can try them, but they are not for humans, which is why they do not have any sugar. So the first thing we are going to do is take the apple, cut it and remove the seeds. We cut this half into quarters and remove the core is a very good ingredient because it's one of the typical fruits that dogs can eat. Is very important that the apple is seamless, okay? Because the seeds contain some alkaloids and substances that are not good for dogs, they are even toxic. It is very important that the skin is also included because the skin also provides extra fiber. And the apple is not one of those typical fruits that has a large amount of fructose, which would be less desirable for the dog. It is a fruit that we can include in a recipe for dogs. What we are going to do is put it in a food processor. If you do not have one, you can do it perfectly by hand. It does not need to be a puree, just small pieces, more or less like this. We're going to put the apple in the bowl. In this case, I'm going to use a food processor, but you can do it by hand with a whisk or a spatula. And we're going to add the extra virgin olive oil. Remember?
What can I say about olive oil? It's great because it's perfect for the skin, the hair, and the overall health of the dog's external part.
And we're also going to add the egg. What I always do is crack it first on the outside so that if it's bad, if we add it directly here, it can ruin the whole mixture. And now what we're going to do is mix everything well until it's incorporated. Okay? So now we have everything in the food processor, which, as you know, you can do perfectly by hand. And now what we're going to do is mix everything so that all the ingredients are well integrated. Now what we're going to do is add all the flour to the inside. Whole wheat flour is very nutritious because the wheat is whole. It also contains all the fiber and that also slows down the absorption of carbohydrates and sugars in the intestine. This prevents a spike in blood sugar. We are also going to add the cinnamon and beat it slowly at first so that all the ingredients do not fly out. Cinnamon is beneficial for dogs and people because it has an anti inflammatory effect. It is true that cinnamon has some effects that are a little less beneficial, but they only occur if you eat a large amount. As it absorbs the dry ingredients, we can give it a little more juice. As you can see, it is compact, but if I manipulate it a little, it breaks. That means it needs a little moisture. And we are going to add water little by little while beating. Do you see that? If I stir it with my tongue, it all stays lumpy. Well, this is the texture we are looking for. Well, now we have the dough ready. I had to add a little more water because of course it depends on the flour you use and the size of the apple so it will absorb more or less. What you should end up with is a dough that feels moist to the touch but doesn't stick to your fingers at all. Now what we're going to do is wrap it in cling film to put it in the fridge. We're going to pour our cookie dough out. As you can see, I was able to take it out of the bowl perfectly. Now what we're going to do is make a kind of little ball. It doesn't have to be perfect. What we're going to do is wrap it in cling film. Once that's done, we're going to put it in the fridge for about 15 to 30 minutes. Well, about 20 minutes have passed. And now what we're going to do is stretch out the dough. We take our dough out of the fridge, remove the paper and place it on a baking sheet. We put another baking sheet on top to prevent it from sticking when we roll it out with the rolling pin. And now it's just a matter of shaping it. This is great for getting your exercise in. Now we have rolled out the dough. Obviously it's losing a little bit of its coldness. If once rolled out, you notice that it's too soft. You can put it directly as you have it Rolled out between the sheets of parchment paper for a little while longer in the fridge. Well, now that it's rolled out, we'll remove the paper. Now with our bone shaped cutter. What we're going to do is mark the little bones all over the dough. As you can see, the dough doesn't stick at all. Well, this is all that's left. As you can see, there's a lot of dough. And what we can do again is make a ball, put it back between the sheets of baking paper, flatten it well with the rolling pin, take the cutter and repeat the same process like this until we have no more dough left because we have very little left and we don't have enough to make another bone. We make a small ball, flatten it a little, and we have a round cookie and we use all the dough. Well, we have placed all the cookies on a baking tray. We have used the same paper that we have rolled them out on. And we are going to put them in the oven that has already been preheated to 180 degrees. 80 with heat from above and below. We are going to leave them at this same temperature for about 25 minutes. Well, the cookies are ready, they are warm. So we have to let them rest for 10 minutes on the same tray so that they do not deform when we pick them up. Once they are ready, we take them out carefully, we gradually remove them and place them on a rack until they finish cooling completely. Well, as you have seen, it is a very easy and simple recipe. And you are also using ingredients that you know are good, which is why you can even try them yourselves.
So I have heard of trying them.
Yes, yes, yes, you have heard of trying them. So come on, give it a try. There it is.
It's delicious. I've already tried it. Well, let's see.
