What's going on, everyone? Casey Adams here. Welcome back to the Rise of the Young podcast. If you are new here, thank you so much for tuning in to your new number one favorite business podcast. And yeah, I'm excited because today's episode I'm going to be talking about speaking events, I'm going to be talking about hosting events, and overall, I'm going to be giving you what's been happening in my life. So that being said, let's jump right into it. So for the last three weeks, I've been traveling. I've been in Virginia and North Carolina at the beach with my family. And overall, I would like to say back home for the summer. And the reason why I was home for three weeks is number one, because family is important to me. And if you're listening right now, here's what I want you to do. Take a moment to understand the people in your life that you are closest to, whether that's your family or your business partners or some of your friends. Take time to spend with them. We all get caught up in so much hustle, hustle, grind, grind. But for me, something very important is spending time with people that I care about. So that's why I've been not in Phoenix for the past three weeks. But when I get back, which is this upcoming Wednesday, it's gonna be a busy day because here's why. I will be getting ready for the following week. And I have two speaking engagements. So for those who don't know, I do a lot of public speaking on personal branding, social media, marketing, and overall, how to build a podcast, a personal brand to get you opportunities in your life. And whenever I do public speaking events, I've done dozens of them over the past two years. And it's really been something that I've been passionate about in terms of just providing value to an audience. Because that's what speaking is about. It's about taking your message or your story or your ability to speak and giving it to others with value in the presentation. And it's been super cool to speak on stage with people like Grant Cardone or Tai Lopez or my business partner, John Malott, Charlie Rocket, drama from Young and Reckless. And the names go on and on and on. But that's not we're gonna be here to talk about. We're here to talk about the impact that this upcoming event that I'm speaking at will have. It's called the Impact players tour, happening July 24th in Glendale, Arizona. And if you are in the Arizona area, this is an event that you must attend because here's why. Grant Cardone is the keynote speaker and he will be speaking alongside of Atlanta Cardone and and a lot of top executives on his team, as well as my buddy Brandon Dawson. Huge shout out to Brandon. Brandon is an individual that, like I said, we're gonna be speaking together on July 24th in Glendale. But he sold his last company two years ago for over $150 million. And when I first sat down and interviewed him, it was one of the most intriguing conversations that I've ever had. And just to be able to share the stage with him is something that I'm very much so looking forward to. So just to wrap this part of the podcast up, if you are in Arizona, Glendale to be exact, come out to the Impact players tour on July 24th and do not miss this event. Period. Next up, I'm just gonna be giving you guys some stuff that I've been, I would say, working on. So I'm gonna be heading to LA on July 27th to the 30th. I'm gonna be speaking at my good friend Sam Jacobs event, the Breakthrough Summit. I spoke of the first one last year in New York City. It was phenomenal. Sam Jacobs is an 18 year old entrepreneur and he's done over $1.4 million in e commerce revenue over the past year and a half. He's crushing it and I'm very excited to take part in this event. So two opportunities for everyone listening that wants to meet me in person. Because the reason I do this is to meet and connect with you guys. The reason I do this is to provide value to you guys in today's episode. Yes, it's gonna be short, but here's why. You could watch as much content on social media, you could learn from as much people on social media. But if you're not going out there and actually connecting with these people in person, you're doing yourself a disservice. And the purpose of the podcast today is to present you with two opportunities that you can come connect with me if this is the vehicle that connected you with me, but to then connect with other like minded entrepreneurs such as Grant Cardone, such as Sam Jacobs, such as so many other world class people. So I'm going to make sure to put the two links down below in the description because who knows, the LA event may be more convenient for you, and then for some of you, the Scottsdale, Arizona event might be more convenient for you, but whatever it is, definitely try to make it. This isn't an event that I'm partnered with. I'm literally just speaking at this event as a speaker. But I thought it was my obligation to talk to you guys today and let you know and inform you on what's happening in my world so that I can pull you in. Because like I said, you could listen to all my content. But the way that I can truly impact you is to get you involved with what I'm doing. So whether that's speaking at an event or meeting you in person, or consulting with you, whatever it is, do the things that get you closer to the people that you want to be around. Because once you do that, that's when massive changes start to happen. So that being said, I've been pumped up. I've been literally in my hometown, Chesterfield, Virginia for the past three weeks. Yes, I went to the beach with my family. Now I'm in North Carolina until Wednesday, then I'm heading back to Phoenix. But it's been such a, I would say breath, breath of fresh air. Because getting, I would say, put in the position to move across the country. Ten months ago, at 18 years old, going to Phoenix from Virginia. This has been my first time back for over a week. And it's been really good to just click that reset button and going back to Phoenix with just the Stampede mindset to literally crush everything I'm doing from this point on, going into the next six months of 2019, I'm ready. And I want you to be ready too. And I want you to ask yourself, what is it that you're looking forward to in 2019? Because here's the truth. If you're not constantly getting motivated by what you're doing and you're starting to veer off into just, oh, I'm gonna do it anyways, I'm gonna do it anyways, that's when you start to suffer your Happiness, your fulfillment, and the results that you're putting into your business. So remember this, 2019 is literally coming to an end in six months, almost five months. Now. What are you doing today that will help you get to your goals? Because we all know this. You listening right now. Wrote down your goals at the beginning of this year, 2019, January 1st. You were like, I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna do that. And maybe you've been crushing your goals. I hope you are. But for those that may feel like they're getting behind or maybe they haven't accomplished what they set out to be or what they set out to do, or maybe you just didn't even set goals, you still have time to crush your goals this year. And my number one thing that I want to give to you today is just something very, very simple. Outline one thing. If you completed that this year, a big goal this year, you would be satisfied. And I get it. It's not, it's never okay to get satisfied with the results that you're getting. You want to go bigger and get bigger yourself. But if you had to accomplish one thing this year, what would it be? And let me know, because I'm curious to know what everyone is working on, because I believe the ideas that you're surrounding yourself with are the ideas that help you get to where you want to be. Guys, I'm just gonna keep it real with you. It's nine o'clock Monday night. I'm about to drop this podcast. Get the next podcast for Wednesday ready to go. And yeah, then we have some interviews coming on Friday. Literally I said this before, there's over seven interviews I have to drop and I have not dropped in yet. And they will be coming soon. And there's so much value in these interviews. So I want you to stay tuned. But that being said, I'm not gonna go on any longer with today. I wanted to clearly put in front of you opportunities if you're in the US to connect with me in person and meet the people that I'm around, such as Grant Cardone, such as Sam Jacobs, such as so many other world class entrepreneurs like my business partners, John and Josh. Come to these events for the purpose, to network, Come to an event for the purpose, to engage with a new community. And if you can do that, I can guarantee it will bypass any podcast you listen to. So that being said, and of course, if the event's good and if it's run well and if it has great people, there's a lot of BS events out there. I'm not just saying that and that's our obligation as individuals. Myself, John Malott, Joshua Denny with Build you'd Empire to create an environment of real entrepreneurs doing real things and making it a cool environment. But the two events that I'm attending are a must attend for anybody either in Glendale or la. So if you're listening today and you are interested in attending these events, click the link in the description of the podcast or send me a DM on Instagram, aceadams1 or on Rise of the Young and let me know any questions you have. And that being said, lastly, before I let you go on this Monday evening or whenever you're listening to this, go check out Rise of the Young on Instagram, give us a follow and leave a review on the itunes podcast app, because every 100 reviews we get on itunes, we put out a new storyboard on Rise of the Young. So to understand more of what I'm talking about, go check out Rise of the Young and I will talk to you guys on Wednesday. Have an amazing day. Peace.
