In this brief motivational video, Camille D. Jamerson, C.E.M®, tells viewers—especially those in the Gen X age range (late 30s to early 50s)—that they are not out of time to achieve their goals. She acknowledges the common feeling of being behind on personal visions or a vision board, but emphasizes that each new breath offers another opportunity. Jamerson urges listeners to condense their lives by eliminating peripheral, low‑priority tasks and to reprioritize what truly matters. She highlights Gen X’s unique versatility, noting the generation’s ability to navigate both analog (letters, mail) and digital (email) worlds, which she frames as a strength that makes them well‑suited to accomplish needed objectives. The core call‑to‑action repeats the mantra “you have time” and outlines practical steps: relax, reprioritize, regroup, refocus, edit, and go for it. She invites viewers to reach out if the message resonates.

Hey everybody, just making a quick little video. Wanted to share that, um, one of the things that I heard today is that you are not out of time. I don't know who that's for, but it's definitely for me. But I definitely want to share it with you just in case, um, you are dealing with feeling like you should be further along, you should have done more, you should have accomplished more, um, you should have had more of your goals done or more of your, um, vision board completed. And I get it, I'm behind the 8-ball in a couple of areas myself, but it's not too late. If you got up this morning and you inhaled, exhale, you took a breath, that means you have yet another opportunity to get done the things that you are supposed to get done. And that's the difference. There are things that we are destined and designed to do, and there is grace available to get those things done. What we need to make certain that we take note of is that we condense our lives and eliminate those things on the peripheral that aren't as important and reprioritize what we're going to spend our time and attention on. So you may need to do that, but you still have time. It is not too late. Um, this is specifically, um, for my Gen Xers out there. So if you are late 30s up through early 50s, this message is particularly for you. And the reason that I say that is because there is a lot of time and attention given to Millennials just because of their sheer vastness God bless their hearts. Um, and then there's attention given to the baby boomers for the same reason, because that's a vast and major large generation. But that's not to say that the generation in between those two aren't as significant, because we are. We're known as America's middle child, um, for a lot of reasons. But I like to say that Gen X is the more versatile. We know how to write a letter and mail it, and we know how to do email. You know, we know how to live in both of those worlds and navigate them successfully. And because of that flexibility, because of that know-how, because of that ingenuity, because of that, and because of understanding that balance, it makes us the generation that is fit beyond measure to accomplish the things that it needs to accomplish. So again, you have time. You have time. You have time. I just keep hearing that. You have time. So I don't know who that's for. If it's for you, send me a message. Let me know, but you have time. Just wusa, relax, reprioritize, Guys, regroup, refocus, edit, and go for it. You have time.
