¡Hey, y'all! Welcome back to Mogul Moments. Just wanted to drop in to share our Mogul Moment for this particular broadcast. Here's the thing. Are you an Avengers fan? No? Then this is really gonna go over your head, but I'll do the best that I can. I am a major Avengers fan and I am Team Iron Man all the way. Don't me about it, period. But what I want to share with you is what I learned about business just watching how Marvel unfolded this entire universe. The next one that's coming out, which will be in April, so I'm not sure where this episode is gonna fall, but it's coming out in April. It's called The Endgame, and The Endgame is kind of the culmination of all the phases that have come before it. I think by the time it comes out, it'd be 20 movies that came before it that told an entire story, that introduced an entire universe, that will end with a movie called Endgame. Camille, what does this have to do with becoming a mogul? Everything. Absolutely everything. When the Russo Brothers started with Iron Man #1 and with Robert Downey Jr., they built an entire universe on that character's shoulders. They had a general idea of what they wanted their endgame to be. Maybe not all the details, but they knew that they wanted this entire universe to lead up to a bigger, broader, more explosive story, and then start phases over again. And by knowing what their endgame was, they were able to plan every movie to kind of point towards what they wanted their endgame to be. So my challenge to you as an upcoming mogul, entrepreneur, business owner, is to define your endgame. What do you want? What is your endgame? What is, how will you know that you're successful if you don't know what that is? So once you know your endgame, once you know what it is you're really striving for, because for most of us, it isn't about a business, it isn't about building an empire, that's just a tool to get what it is that we really want. Let me explain what I mean. I'll share with you my endgame, and hopefully it'll help you understand yours. My endgame is to make MOE money. And I don't mean mo' as in amount. I mean MOE as in M-O-E. Moments, opportunities, and experiences. That's my goal. My goal is to make money so I can have moments, opportunities, and experiences for not just me, but for my children and for my children's children and for generations to come after them. That's my why, that's my endgame. So whatever it takes to get to that expected end are the things that I'm willing to do to make that happen. So everything that I'm facing and dealing with right now, if it doesn't, um, if it doesn't point to what I want my endgame to be, It's easy to delete. It's easy to set aside. It's easy to put in a box because it doesn't point to what I want my desired end to be. So knowing my endgame helps to keep me focused, right? It helps to keep me diligent. It helps to keep me on point with what it is that I should be doing concerning my businesses, and it will do the same for you. So take the time to figure out what's your endgame? What is it that you want out of your business? What's your why? And once you determine what that is, I guarantee you it will help you make decisions quicker, it will help you stay focused, and it will help you delete the things that are a hindrance to you meeting that end goal.
