I worked with a lot of people over my 25 years running my businesses, and there were a few that stand out. And seeing Alicia's Builder's Journey along with another one of my teammates was just such a cool thing. I smiled so big. And it's just because the amount of belief that you can actually have in someone that you work with and trust, and knowing that someone has your back and knowing that someone is coachable and that they're willing to do the hard work that most people aren't willing to do, and when you see someone have such a strong drive towards whatever it is that they're going after, it's inspiring. And I had the opportunity to take a front row seat to a lot of people who started the build to lead journey and people who came in and were just lost. I mean, they just had no clue where most of us start. And as they got stronger and as they started to write out their worldview and get clear on their identity and put some principles in place and they started to wake up, you'd see a complete transformation. And there's been no one that I can think of that transformed themselves as much as Alicia. So enjoy her builder's journey and be inspired.
