Brett Kaufman's journey is It's a cool builder's journey. I got a front row seat to watching him build with Chet and his team. I've been blessed to be able to sit in a lot of his team practices and become close to people on his team. And he is just. He's a rock star when it comes to business, and it comes to a man of integrity and principles and hard work, professional development. You just don't find people like Brett, and you're lucky if you have a guy like him in your life. I certainly feel that way. And one thing I want to share about Brett before you dive into his builder's journey is he was the best example that I can see. And again, probably because of what he does for a living. He's a builder, a developer, and he's literally changed the landscape of downtown Columbus with some of his projects, which is just so cool. One of them is called Gravity, and such a cool place in Franklinton, Ohio. And I remember the first time I walked into the building and I knew, just knowing Brett and knowing his opus, that I walked into his opus. I got this physical, like, feeling of an opus. You know, it's one thing to hear people share their vision, and a vision's kind of fuzzy, and it's like it's not tangible. And I tried to do that at my office with my. With my business and try to make people feel a certain way. But when I walked into Brett's building and I saw everything from the quotes on the wall to the rooms that he created to the spaces that he designed and the events that they have, and he truly built community in a way that makes you understand what community is all about. And it just went so beyond just being a developer. And so I just have so much respect for what Brett's built and what he does every day and how he endures pain and suffering, how he has become successful and how he overcomes challenges, and hopefully you'll enjoy his builder's journey and be inspired.
