Very few companies have any kind of leadership program that operates in the way that Built Lead does. Built to Lead is not a program that you find in a workplace. Typically.
The biggest difference between Built to Lead and any other system is we focus on an individual first, and it's the individual that least wants the attention.
You. I wasn't really alive for the first, like, 24 years of my life.
I have watched people's lives transform from the first day they were here until the current day.
No matter how big you dream, you can always dream bigger. And that's what Chad is always pushing us to do, is dream bigger professionally. It just basically opened the door for me starting a completely new division in our company, which is customer care. It's pretty cool. It's exactly the opposite of collections. It's made what was a job, now my career.
We've had record years the last four years since Built a Lead's been in the system. And there's no doubt in my mind that it's because people are lit up. They're excited about why they're here every day. And there's no doubt that built 2 lead is the catalyst for that.
Every day, I'm growing and changing and becoming more awake and more aware of what I'm doing and what I'm working for.
Built to Lead helps you sort through that so that you really focus on what's important to you and making sure that you're living in a way that's consistent with what your goals, your ambitions, and your foundations happen to be.
It's the number one thing that we're looking for, is someone who can come in. There's a lot of freedom here, and to make sure that someone can hold themselves accountable first, and then they have that desire to have someone else hold them accountable. It's our culture. It's honest, it's raw, it's tough.
First question, do you know why you're here? That always gets them going. They say, well, at this session or here in general, I'm like, yes, Chad.
Is actually nice enough to give us access to what we call our think tank, which basically, I think, looks like the inside of his brain.
We practice because great teams practice. We believe that in a corporate culture, it's not any different. If we want to be great at what we do, then we need to practice.
If you're going to perform at your best, you have to be one. You have to be united. You have to be distinctly you. Your teammate here has to be distinctly him.
Dealing with conflict around here, right, really builds relationships. I've gained some truly amazing. I don't even call them peers or people that I work with. We've built some pretty cool relationships around here. It's the deeply connected one team pushing each other and building each other, playing.
Off of our differences to become one will be really strong then.
I have to tell you, it is so exciting to watch confident young professionals excel in whatever they're choosing to put all their efforts towards.
Very few teams experience that, and it.
Just makes me happy that I get to be part of it.
