So working with Build2Lead, we're constantly in our challenge zone. You know, you don't want to be in the middle. You don't want to be in the circle where you're soft and you're comfortable and you're complacent. You want to be on the outside, push yourself, stretch yourself outside that comfort circle and really, you know, challenge yourself. But to the point where you catch on just the side of chaos. We say you don't want to go too far and you don't want to stay in it too long. You have to know when to pull back. And this is why we say together we transform, because you don't want to have to go about it yourself. And when you're caught up in the day to day grind and you're dealing with constant fires, putting out things all the time, dealing with emails that are just pouring in, it's hard for you to kind of step outside of whatever it is you got going on, to look and assess your situation and recognize whether or not you're in this chaotic zone that's creating anxiety or impatience or not bringing out the best version of yourself. And to be pushed into the challenge zone and to see how excellence kind of lives in this space, you just want to find that 80% of the time where you're being challenged, you're challenging yourself, or you have people in your life that will challenge you and hold you accountable. And a lot of times for many people, it is about kicking your own butt and working to challenge yourself, working to take on productive actions and take on some small goals that will just move you forward. And recognizing where you are on this circle is really important, you know, so recognize if you're, if you're soft and you're not pushing yourself and you need to be put in the challenge zone. Put some things and disciplines in your life that allow that to happen, or ask people to hold you accountable. And then recognize when you're in the chaotic zone so that things are a little bit out of hand, you've lose control, you can't get things done and your attention is just all over the place and you're just not focused. So recognize it and pull back and, and just see wherever you are on this chart.
