When you think about personal and professional growth, it's never a linear line, right? You're gonna. You're gonna take your bumps, you're gonna have to go down this way and that way and adjust. It's gonna be rocky. You'll find yourself down in the valley and have to kind of rise back up. So, look, life is tough, and your life is gonna be full of just adversity. And along the way, you're gonna have to make tough decisions. And sometimes those tough decisions are moments of truth. Everyone has moments of truth that come up at certain times in their lives. There are certain mile markers in your life. The day that you get married, the day you change jobs, the day you have a kid, the day you have to decide that I'm quitting this job. So there's lots of decisions that you'll face, depending on what season you're in, where you find yourself on this journey again. You should never have to go through it alone. That's what built leads all about. We transform together. We say always together, because a lot of times in practices we talk about those things and people who have the courage to bubble them up and say, hey, look, I hate my job and I want to quit, and I can't because I got to put food on the table. You know, that fear will stop you. It'll paralyze you. And being able to come to a practice and. And have that conversation and hear others talk about their experiences and either give you courage or help you see something that you couldn't see, that's what coaching is all about. You change your perspective, you change your life, period. And we are so tunnel vision into focusing on looking and seeing things in our lives one way. And that doesn't mean it's the only way. So it's a, It's a big benefit to get coached and to get feedback and to hear other people's experiences, because again, you're going to get kicked in the face with hard stuff, period. And how you make decisions as you get kicked in the face is really, really important because a lot of times you'll make those decisions and you're not in the right emotional state to make a logical decision for yourself, that's best. And so being able to connect with others, who you can lean on is important. And the melody line for Built to Lead, you know, day 10, it's. It's. It's all about having to face that adversity and just accepting the fact that you want to be on a journey as you become distinctly you, as you Work through all this hard stuff as you deliberately navigate through situations that you can't escape from and make good decisions in the moment when you need to that are not emotionally driven and that allows you sometimes to stop and not react and put pen to paper and get your thoughts out and share it at a practice. And talk to someone who you love and who loves you, and most importantly, someone who believes in you. And if you ever want to give someone a gift, if you ever want to lift someone up and you truly believe in this person and you believe in them more than you know, they believe in themselves, which is a tough thing. Tell them. Tell them. I believe in you. Can move people. Some people have never heard anyone say that to them. I can't tell you how many times I had to tell people that I didn't believe in them, especially on my team. I wasn't going to sugarcoat things, but the times that I told people I did believe in them, boy, boy, we just don't know how powerful and how much of an impact that can make in someone's life. So don't underestimate the power of those words. And you can give people that gift and hopefully you'll receive that gift. And I can tell you, if you're in this program, there's a part of me that already believes in you because you're here and you're listening to this and you're doing the work and most people won't. And that is something that most people can't say. So good for you and keep going.
