The essential for build your healthy physical life. It's an essential that usually comes up when people go on a kick that they want to improve their healthy lifestyle. And it's definitely a place that you can't ignore. We are what we eat, and you want to make sure. I always like to have this. I heard this saying a long time ago. I have it in my worldview that, you know, you want to eat food like it's your medicine so that you don't have to eat medicine as your food and just to be able to live a healthy lifestyle because when you don't have your health, you've got nothing. And all the building that we're doing and all the chasing down our big dream in life, you're not going to do any of it if you're not healthy enough to do so. And reminder of why your health is your wealth. And I like to live by the Primal Blueprint diet. I remember we got into that when I first started with Bill to leave, which is you can pretty much eat whatever you want, whenever you want, how much you want, as long as it's food. Just to stay away from crap, sugar and bread and all the things that are unhealthy for us that break down the body. Chet used to say that he's skinny, fat, he was in good shape, but he didn't realize at the time that he was not so healthy inside and to the point where he had a real big scare a few years ago with his heart. And unfortunately, we don't know when our time is up on this earth. So all we can do is focus on where we are today. And that's the point of the daily discipline today, is to continue kind of assess where you're at. Who are you letting guide you for your healthy lifestyle? How much do you care and, you know, what's your philosophy? Where is it in your worldview and how much of a is it a priority for you to focus on? So think about it.
