Day 198: Unite us...

Chad Silverstein and a co-host discuss antisemitic threats against Orthodox Jews, especially on college campuses, and how mob mentality spreads fear. They argue that the same power of mass mobilization could unite people around constructive goals if led with focus and resilience.

At the time of recording this day, for me, this world is a little bit upside down. You see people protesting and being an Orthodox Jew myself, seeing how people want.
To just rip my head off and.
Kill me for no reason except for the fact that I'm Jewish, is a.
Hard pill to swallow. It's hard to understand it, but what's.
So amazing about it is when I watch these college campuses uniting in the way that they are around a cause.
That is filled with hate, it shows you the power behind a mob mentality as leaders pursuing an opus. This is why having an aim and.
Having something worth living for and having.
A positive impact, usually serving a cause, other people, your service, your product, whatever it is, it's worth fighting for, it's.
Worth running through walls for. It's worth influencing other people to unite with you so that you're not doing it by yourself. The power to unite can be negative or positive.
We're experiencing it today in America in.
A very negative way.
We need to see it in a more positive way. And all we can do is our part. And so if you're a leader leading anything, you can do your part making.
Sure that you have a word of.
The aim and that you are focused with the right mindset, building the right team around you, giving them the right and necessary tools and resources to be able to do what they need to do in order to be successful, and keeping your eye on that aim and constantly reminding them of that aim and finding those little nuances to have fun with that aim. That's the builder's journey. That's what the strong, core, centered, built lead leader is doing, is that amongst all the chaos around them, they're laser focused, they're not disturbed, they don't get distracted, they just keep moving forward towards that aim. And that is attractive and rare and.
Someone that we want to follow.
So where are you in that journey and have you authored yours yet? Are you rallying the troops around you to unite? There's nothing better than having a bunch of people who share that same mindset and shared common goal and are moving together, transforming together, and pursuing something together that's meaningful and significant. It's a worthy aim to fight for. So make sure you're united and make sure you're united with the right purpose, cause and attitude.
