One of the things that I love to see from people in team practice was their ability to wake up. And it was really funny to see people like drop out of build sleep practice, just stop coming and then come circle back. I don't know what it was, I don't know what did it, I don't know what the catalyst was.
But it was always really cool to.
See someone back at it engaged. Sometimes you got to actually do something.
Yourself to be your own catalyst. You don't want to wait until the storm hits for you to realize that.
You need to wake up and make changes.
You could realize it right now.
You just have to put a stake in the ground and actually then make.
A decision and start doing something about it. And you want to start taking baby steps.
This is why the process that built lead talks about the playbook of productive actions and that productive action actions are.
Just steps in the right direction. I've always my belief at least is that the way to define someone being successful is that they know who they are, they know what they believe, they know what they're aiming at and they're actually moving towards it. When you stop moving towards it and you're just going through the motions and you accept your situation and you're idle, accepting mediocrity, following the crowd, that's not success, that's just being like everyone else.
And so you want to jolt yourself.
And hopefully show up at a practice and be jolted. That's what part of the purpose of Build Toleda is, to wake up dead people.
And I've seen it happen time and time again.
So let this be a wake up call for you. If you've been in a slumber and.
You feel like you are in a.
Rut, there's only one way to get out of it. You got to make a change. And it's got sometimes, most of the time be acutely painful to choose. That means that you're a little weird, you're a little different, and that's okay. And that's actually a good thing. You don't want to be like everyone else.
So wake up, do something about it.
And make a decision. Put the stake in the ground and go and go and don't take on too much. They don't have to.
