Short YouTube monologue by Chad Silverstein encouraging pursuing passions with purpose. Silverstein contrasts fear with the power of strong emotions like love, quotes C.S. Lewis (“don’t be normal”), and advises using a compass and map—planning one's life to spend time on things one loves and build margin for passions.

We always talk about the real F word being fear. And we don't talk as much about how powerful love is and how emotions, strong emotions, can move people. And I love. I love the quote in here by C.S. lewis that says, don't be normal. I'm always saying, don't be normal. Why would you want to be normal and be like everyone else? And life's too short to not have things that you're passionate about and that you could pursue. You know, pursue it with passion and purpose. And that's why we say you got to have a compass and a map, know where you're going and put your heart into it, and enjoy the time that you have to do it, because we don't know when that clock runs out. And what could be more depressing to think about growing old and then looking back and not doing more things that you loved. So this is why we spend a lot of time on the passions in our six pack, because you want to try to build some margin into your calendar and do more things that you love.
