We'd like to say, no alternative. You burn the boats. Once you make a decision, you put a stake in the ground, you go and doesn't matter how many times you fall, you get back up and you just keep going. If you want to pursue something big and it's worth kind of fighting for, then you have to be ready for that, because it's not going to be a straight line to wherever it is that you're pointing. So you have to be able to have some mental toughness to be able to grind through some of the tougher times. You got to have a few truth tellers who can help you illuminate the blind spots that you can't see and help give you a different perspective so that you can be smart and not reinvent the wheel and solve problems, you know, through collaboration and not competition. And you got to be able to fight for performance. You got to be able to have people who will challenge you. It's not. Not so easy. If you're a leader and have everyone around you saying, yes, sir, yes, ma', am, you got to really put yourself in some acute pain, and that might be to find someone who's tougher than you. So it's making a commitment. It's the first step, and you gotta. You gotta put a stake in the ground. So whatever it is that you want, that you're tired of saying, you want to start doing, you want to try, you got to just do it. Make a commitment. No alternative. Burn the boat and go. And if that means typically just taking the next step, then just do that, because that's usually where everybody quits. Sounds great. To make a commitment, you can. You can make one, but you got to actually take the first step towards moving towards that. And after you make that first step, that's when everything changes.
