This is a really powerful day. Twin towers. So the resisting impulse piece, I think everybody can be honest with themselves and they have somewhere in their life where they either have a vice, they have a habit, or they have some pattern that isn't necessarily healthy, isn't something that aligns with their big passions and purpose of life. And you know, it might be something that's harmless to somebody is shopping or someone who is spending time scrolling through social media. And it might be something that's more people abusing, you know, substances to cope with pain. And whatever the impulse is for you, everybody's got it. It's a normal human feeling. You have to be able to conquer it. So, like, you know, my friend Jim Gant says we're all at war. You're all, we're all at war. And your war is no different than my war. And, you know, everybody's kind of fighting. And if you're on the builder's journey, you're definitely fighting just to improve your life. I mean, part of that's going to be to eradicate some of the things that are showing up in your life that you don't like. And so that's, that's my take and my melody line of the impulses, the, the piece about the compassion, to me, it's kind of pay to play. You know, I always say, I learned from my own therapist, if you're not making someone else's life better, then you're wasting your life, period. So you gotta think about how you can make a difference in someone else's life by giving and not expecting anything and taking anything. You know, you get that feeling of fulfillment, of oneness when you're giving and you make a difference in other people's lives. So pursue purpose. Pursue purpose and pursue something that you love, care about people, and want to see the best for everyone around you.
