If you ask yourself what the best version of yourself looks like, what is it? What is it? And if you were to write that down and you were like, look out, say 20 years. And you could say that you achieved the pinnacle of your life, that you lived the best that you possibly can, personally, professionally, emotionally, spiritually, financially, you name it, every bucket, what does that look like? And the question is, are you aiming at that? Because for the people who are watching this that have arrived, meaning that they've reached the pinnacle of their industry, of their company, they're the highest performer, they're leading a great system there, there's more and how quickly that can come to an end. And so the build to lead builders journey is all about, it's sustaining it life long. And it's about a meaningful imprint that you can leave in this world. And it's a marathon, not a sprint. And so there's always, always a constant and never ending opportunity to learn and grow. And there's no ceiling to it unless you put it above you. So it doesn't matter how successful you are and it doesn't matter what your bank account looks like. What matters is how much meaning you have in your life and how much better you're making other people's lives. And if you're doing that and you feel really good about it, what's the next expression look like to do even more? Because I think we're all on the hook to become the best versions of ourselves and leave the biggest footprint that we can while we're here. And that's never ending. So you can't really arrive anywhere in this world. You got to keep traveling. And so it's, it's an important concept and I think you want to integrate your work in your, in your life. Very hard to do, but that's the aim. So you just don't know when that opportunity might come up too.
