Today is a good reminder about the marathon, the journey and not a sprint and to not over complicate things when you're trying to work on any part of the Build to Lead framework. The cool thing is it depends on where you are in your life and what you want to work on, because there is no right or wrong way to do it and everybody does it a bit different. Everyone has their own not only process for, you know, how they go about building out their journey, but also because you come in at different times if you're on a team or depending on the journey that the builder's on and kind of what they're into and what they've been focused on teaching people and guiding people, challenging people on. So you're going to come in, whenever you come in, you're going to meet whoever you meet and that's going to basically design and author your story, which will be very different than everyone else. So you don't want to get caught up in the fact that you don't know about this or you hear people talking about that, or you're seeing something in the posts about this or in the book. What you want to do is just focus on the pieces that you do know, which is your worldview, your identity, your principles. It's one of the, you know, the whip and it's one of the three P maybes, the passions, the purpose, the process, and whatever it is that you're working on, just focus on that and get really good at getting clear on that. And then you can move on to the next piece and you can move on to whatever piece pulls at you, whatever one kind of attracts you. When you look at the list and you start reading a little bit of the material, you're like, yeah, that's the one I want to focus on right now. And as soon as you get to the point where you got a strong core, you'll start pursuing the opus. And so you just find your place within the process and don't worry so much about how you're supposed to do it. And all you got to do is reach out and ask curious questions. And there's plenty of people who would love to provide you with clarity on any piece of the process or the Build to Lead framework. So you just have to ask, take it upon yourself and the better questions you ask, the better response you'll get.
