I never got a chance to meet Larry. I came on board a year after he passed away, and I do love this day, I'll tell you that. I think getting your ratios right, it's beautiful nuance. Making sure that you get positive touches in and at least four times the amount of negative ones so that people don't only hear from you when there's something wrong. I think that's really powerful. Mastering your craft. I mean, what could be more important than sharpening your skills and getting really good at the one thing that you love doing and that you want to do for the rest of your life? Why not master that? And your integrity. Build your integrity. So your personal excellence, everything about your character, your reputation, is what other people think of you, and what's more important than that. So you always want to be getting better. You want to be able to live it so you can give it. You want to be able to create more good, make more positive impact in people's lives. And I think those are three really, really good pieces of. Of advice from one of the founders who is no longer with us. So thanks, Larry, and hopefully that'll mean something to you.
