Day 274: Meaningful game...

Chet's giving you a little bit of his business model. It still rings true today. He's a very, very incredible founder of a company that has a mindset of abundance, and he is not only humble, but he is selfless. And I think that's a powerful quality to have. That's why I'm so blessed to feel like I'm part of it. Collaborating with him, partnering with him, and, you know, making sure that I stay connected to him was something that we've always joked about since the early days of us practicing together. And, yeah, I love this. I love that he's doing it the way he wants to do it. And there's been so many people who've told him what he should do, has challenged his model, and I've seen him pivot a little bit, make some adjustments, let a lot of the people in the band do more of what they want to do, and he's just stayed straight and. And just focused on what he wanted to do, and it works. It works really well. So there's something to be said about not feeling like you need to do what everyone else does and not doing things just because you can, because he certainly could. And hopefully the band can help him do that so that he doesn't feel like he has to if he doesn't want to.
