A short motivational video by Chad Silverstein encouraging viewers to write out their worldview and core beliefs to guide decision-making and life choices. He emphasizes building a focused ‘opus’ (quality over quantity), using a written framework as a filter during difficult times, and committing to sustained practice to surface the 'magic' in one’s work.

Early on, we talk about why you want to write out your worldview and get clear on your beliefs so that when things come up, you can use it as sort of like your matrix, your filter, so that you can decide how you want to react, respond, and, you know, show up in the world based on the things that are happening to you and the people that you're connected to, based on what you believe and knowing why you believe it. And there's something much more powerful, and that is when you have your six pack and you have an opus and you've got all these things driving you a certain way in your life, that becomes a much bigger filter than just your beliefs. Right. Because many times you're going to be challenged with certain things that are going to be integrated with more than just making a decision. It could be making a decision. And that decision has ripples through other people's lives. It could be something that changes your situation in life, maybe financially or, you know, relationship wise. And I think it's important to realize that you're not just writing out the core work and doing the opus, you know, kind of just make it big. You're doing it to live a life worth living. You're doing it to master the art of living. And it's not easy. It's not easy. And everyone's going to be challenged. So you got to have something that you're aiming at, something that you're pointing at, and you got to let that guide you through the tough times. And that's why we don't wait to build. That's why we say, get busy now. And don't do it for the sake of doing it. Don't do it like most people do when they first come into build to lead, and they just want to have something written down. They just want to have a version of it. It's better to stick on one piece and just get great at that one piece. It'll drive you towards the next piece. And this is why we want the quality and not the quantity of your work. So we want you to write a lot, but we want you to pull out the magic. And the magic will surface and show itself to you when you write. And if you stay on the path.
