A short YouTube transcript of Chad Silverstein reflecting on the role of reminders and community within the Build to Lead framework. Chad emphasizes that reminders—mantras, principles, and framework elements—surface at the right time to provide clarity, and that practicing with a builder/community and applying feedback accelerates leadership development ("learn and apply").

So one of my favorite things about Build to Lead is the by way of reminders. I don't know if I just read about it in the playbook or I'd see it in Chad's blogs, but everything is just a cool reminder that just most of the time comes into your life at the perfect time when it's applicable based on whatever you're doing or you have a situation. And there's so many of them, whether it's a mantra, whether it's a principle, whether it's a piece of the framework that is the underlying issue because you don't have clarity, whether it's, you know, aiming at the opus and sharing your big dream, you know, I think having that clarity and being able to be reminded at times when you need to be reminded most, which is why we say together, we, we transform, always together. Because, you know, there's nothing new going on. You know, someone's already accomplished something similar to what you've done, and someone's already done it a different way and someone's already come up with new solutions that you think you're the only one in the world who can do it. And a lot of times the leadership stuff that we're up against, you know, none of it's new. It' all been something that has been around forever. And it usually is one of the underlying issues that is holding you back from reaching your full potential that you haven't addressed yet. And why having a builder and having people in a community and having the ability to practice and share and get feedback is just priceless. Just as you're constantly reminded through other people's wisdom and examples of things that you need to know, hear and do that can change the trajectory of wherever it is that you're going. And usually in built sleep practice, you're just loaded with reminders. It's really about which one are you taking away way. And we say we want to learn and apply, learn and apply. And I think it's always based on just shots of insights and reminders, which is what hopefully you're getting from a lot of the posts in the community and from a builder, if you're working one on one.
