A brief motivational talk by Chad Silverstein urging viewers to identify one small 'integrity gap' — a behavior that conflicts with their values — and deliberately close it. He advises choosing something modest and achievable, seeking feedback if needed, and noticing the positive effects of small changes, since small actions can trigger larger shifts.

We've talked about integrity gaps a lot. It's a reoccurring theme. And today's challenge is for you to find one. Find one that's not so hard most of the time. We're constantly looking at the big, big gaps. But find one that is one that's not such a big deal and get a win. Overcome that one. Sometimes it's just a subtle change that you just have to make in order to align a behavior, something that you do, a pattern that you have taken on that you don't want, that's not healthy. Maybe it might take getting some feedback from people, but, like, pick something small and just close that gap and just be aware of it. Feel the success of, like, what happens when you make a change. Sometimes the biggest changes come with sometimes the smallest. The smallest actions that you take. So you don't know. You may think that one of the gaps that you need to close is not that big of a deal, it's not that monumental. Then you. You actually deliberately close it, and then all of a sudden something happens because of that, that's more likely to happen. So pick a small one, close that gap again. You're looking for something that you do that goes against what you believe, and embrace the win. When you get a win.
