Going back to 2010. So Chet's been at my side as I've had to overcome a lot of obstacles. Going through a divorce, and when I had to buy out my partner, when I had to transition my company, when I had to transition to leadership in my company through all the growth pains and through the sale. And I used to ask him about what he thinks I need to be working on. He'd always say to be more patient. I remember thinking, how much more patient can I be? I mean, I totally get how long it's going to take. And he would explain a blip. And I think I've mentioned this before, but he would say a blip is like two years. And the first time I heard that, my stomach dropped. To think that I was going to be in this acute pain for two years until I can get out of it. But then, you know, you look back and you realize it's went a lot faster than you think. It's hard to even remember it. So you have to embrace it. You have to embrace the acute pain when you're in it. And it's crazy because you're usually in it in your prime, and that's when you know you should be in your best years, but you're grinding through it. It's hard as you're growing your company. And if you're not leading with vision, and if not leading with clarity and with purpose, you know, it could be a rocky, rocky road for you. So having that clear opus and being able to have peace when you're in the pain and having someone that you can lean on, it's really important. So you got to make sure you have someone in your life that you can lean on when you need. When you need someone.
