A short testimonial by Chad Silverstein describing how working with the Build to Lead program—and specifically with a partner named Chet—supported his personal and professional transformation. He emphasizes the value of a trusted partner who provides honest feedback, emotional support, and shared activity (e.g., working out, business collaboration), and reiterates the program tagline: 'Together, we transform.'

There is something really special that happens when you're working with Build to Lead, and you have a builder, and you both are going through whatever you're going through in your lives or your professions where you're transforming. You know, in my situation with Chet, we did it in a number of different ways because I started working out with him and his friends and then with my business together, and just there was a lot of things that we shared, and we were again, you know, better together. And I think I back at a lot of the things that happened in my company and with my team that would have been really hard without Build to lead and hard without having Chet to be able to lean on when I needed some support and some guidance. So you got to have somebody and. And believe that you can definitely be yourself with someone that you trust. And if you don't have the tendency to be able to be that way, you have to kind of force yourself into it, lean into it, and let out a little bit more than you probably would be comfortable, not too much. And then you build it over time. And then, you know, you sort of release whatever baggage or whatever it is that you're working on or whatever you need help with to someone who cares enough that they will build into you and love you enough to hurt you with some words that you need to hear or support or guide you when you need a lift. So, again, together, we transform. It's. It's more than the tagline, you know, we live it.
