Chad Silverstein reflects on discovering the idea of "oneness"—an internal alignment with oneself, important people, and a higher purpose—and ties that concept to disciplined practice and teamwork. He emphasizes carving out margin time for regular practice (treated as calendared and non-negotiable), the value of feedback from team practice for personal and professional growth, and invites listeners to join a team practice to experience transformation together.

I remember when I heard the word oneness for the first time. I was a little confused. I didn't know what it was. And I think just that feeling of being aligned internally, yourself, oneness and wholeness with yourself and then also with the most important people in your life, whether that's a loved one or with. It's with a higher power, you know, whatever, whatever it is that is your aim in life for what you're building and who you're building it with. And being able to like, take time to think and build that and then be methodical and proactive about how you want to go after and get it. That is someone who's determined and someone who's probably going to get what they want. And one of the only ways we know, and we have figured out a way to do that, is to practice. We carve in time, call what you want, margin time. And you know, like, for me it was, that was hard plated into my calendar. I, you know, I never miss practice and if I did, I had a good reason why I couldn't be there. But it was very important me to be in practice with my team. And I'll tell you that the biggest growth came through some of the clarity and the insights that, you know, I was forced to kind of put down and then get feedback on or work through with other people on my team. There's just so much opportunities for growth personally and professionally, and you don't know how much you're helping other people. So there's a lot of, again, the tagline, you know, together we transform. It's because, you know, you're never doing it by yourself. So if you are in a team practice or you have an opportunity to join one of our practices, get a taste of it, feel free, and you'll know what I'm talking about.
