I remember the email that I wrote, and I remember what I said. I was responding to Chet's challenge to me because Chet challenged me to go to Ohio State to go recruit people to come into Choice Recovery and Sell. So I went to Ohio State and I got in front of these stadium rooms of students, and I basically pitched them to come work at my company. And it was hard. It's hard to tell people to come work at a collection agency. I ended up hiring about three or four people, and I created a little bullpen. And this, like, going to be my thing. I was going to try to just funnel people in from Ohio State right into my company and then let them kind of find their role within my organization and just build the system of recruiting, since it was so hard to find people. And then I challenged Chad, I said, why don't you go to Ohio State, start doing some of the leadership coaching and start doing it for the teams, and then you can funnel in some of the kids into your clients, into your clients. And it just so happened that I had ran into Tom Ryan at Ohio State and I told him about Built to Leave Practice and how we practice like a sports team at work and that he should come over and stop by one day. And he popped into one of my practices and got a taste of it, and there was no, no turning back after that. He hired Chet. And then Chet's been coaching with the Ohio State wrestling team ever since. That was in probably 2013, 2014. So it's been quite a while. And Tom won a national championship a couple years after starting with Built a Lead. And, you know, I know a lot of kids took to it. They still do. And I know Tom does. Crappy is big part of. Of the builder's journey. He's got one in here, and he's got the builder's journey in the space that you can check it out and here in the community. So it's pretty cool. And yeah, you never know how people are going to meet and how people. How many lives will change because of it. And it's kind of cool when you look back and you can see a higher power hand in all of it.
