You know, you read a day like this in the book and you realize if you've ever been blessed to go on a vacation or get to a beach and get to, you know, get some time at the ocean that, you know, usually don't take time throughout your day to just be. You know, it's usually if you have 1 second of free time, you're pulling your phone out, you're looking at your emails and scrolling through your channels, and I think there's something to be said about building in margin time where you can now not only be in solitude, but also find ways to be inspired. You know, if you live somewhere where it's beautiful, you're lucky and blessed, and you shouldn't take that for granted. And if you don't, then you can find some place of inspiration. You can find a place where it allows you to be more creative and allows you to not feel like you need to be distracted on your phone. And it's hard to build in a discipline to be that way. And it's always a little bit easier when you're doing it with other people that you love. And so, again, making time for that and not having a reason why you have to explain why you want to do something like that, I think is very freeing and something that everyone deserves to do. So you want to build that in. And, you know, for some people, that'll turn into something on their passion list that they love to do. You know, good friend Grappy, who we talked about about Ohio State when Chet started working with him, he has, you know, a scene in one of the interviews that we did with him where he talks about his discipline in the morning, where he gets up and walks outside every day and he looks at the sun coming up and he's just. He. He does it every single day. It's a discipline of his. It's beautiful. And I'm sure there's a lot of good thinking and reflecting and decision making that happens during that time or afterwards.
