One of the things that took me a while to learn as a client with Built to Lead was how, you know, when we have team practices. And we always had to go back. We always had to go back and start over because we had new people coming in, and you didn't want to get too far out front and let people flounder just because they have no clue where to start. So we would always go back. We would always remind each other how we speak and listen. We'd always go back to the beginning of the playbook and ask those questions about, what do you see, what do you hear? And. And just to slow down. I think there's power in being able to repeat. And the more and more that you can experience something, the more and more it'll imprint in you. That's why seven good minutes is a favorite, because we do it probably more than anything else in practice, and there's a reason why we do it, and there's a good reason why the results are unbelievable when you do it. So that's why we do it more. And it's not something that will stop. And I think, you know, being able to be disciplined and know exactly how much to consume without taking on too much and then focusing on the most important thing and just having focus, and it's a hard thing to do. It's a hard discipline to build, but it's a worthy aim and something every leader has to be, you know, constantly working on and towards, because otherwise you could really just get stuck in the rat race and not be. And not be disciplined and not being deliberate about what you're doing and why you're doing it.
