The reason that people have such clarity and love practice so much, the ones who come, is because that's really where the real transformation happens. You know, you can, you can work on this stuff by yourself and you may find yourself in a situation if you're not connected to a client or a business that's using built lead, that that's what you're doing and that's fine. But there's nothing like getting together with people who are also doing it and then challenging and holding each other accountable and really putting yourself out there to do. You know, sometimes, you know, after a few bab. Baby steps, a leap and you have to basically be able to, hopefully, if you are on a team that practices, you know, integrate with your team and make the practices better by coming prepared. But the reason at the root why there's such transformation is because people are given time to write, they're given time to give clarity, they're given time to be able to share that and get feedback. And then they walk out of there with these aha moments because they influence themselves through the work. You know, it was nothing that we said as a facilitator, it was nothing that they read. It's got something that prompted them to then go inside and think about something and then go do something about it. And that is awesome. And that's what you get if you come to practice. And that's what practice is all about. And it's, it's, you get, you know, you get out of it what you put into it for sure. But you're giving yourself the space to have the time to do it. And most people will never do that. So you're blessed if you have practice.
