It's hard to see it in the moment, but when you've been at it for a long time and you look back, if you've led anything and you see the caliber of the team that you're leading, it will be in alignment with you. Hard truth. As you get better, your team will get better, you'll demand more, and you'll find people who can come in and give it to you. And if you remain at this level, then you'll keep hiring people at this level. And so that's the truth is that's why, you know, for me, it's all about, you know, what are you doing and what are you working on, and there's just no other way around it. You're either working on yourself and you're becoming stronger. And if you're not, you're not. And the bottom line is, if you look back at your trend of your company and you see the growth of your company and you see the challenges that you've had to overcome as you've kind of broke through ceilings and all of a sudden you need new and you got to go hire different people that you never thought you'd be hiring. You know, your caliber of the type of individual that you're finding will be in the same ballpark of you, you know, C players hire C players. You're not going to find a C player on an HR department who is then going and hiring A players. Now they don't do that because it's going to make it harder for them. So they find people like them and then they hire those people in. It's just the way it works. And you know, if you're leading anything, you know, you don't want see players and that means that you can't be one. So you've got. It doesn't get easier, it gets harder. Especially when you grow and all of a sudden you're making more money and you're more successful and you're reaching these goals and you should be able to slow down. But, you know, I think it's about getting smarter and you're just not off the hook. If you're leading anyone and if you realize that you're kind of over overstaying your. Your visit, then you need to decide whether or not it makes sense for you to continue and how long you're going to continue because that could do the opposite of whatever you're trying to build and have a consequence to that. So if your heart's not in it, you can't stay in it and people can see through it. So you got to know what that is for you, and it's worth revisiting every once in a while.
