Day 36. This is probably. I mean, look, every day you gotta, you know, the band believes that you gotta have a builder. You gotta have someone in your life that can coach you, that you can help you see things that you can't see. I talked about this in one of the days previous about your. Your change of perception. Change your life. It's true. Like, we see things, you know, the way we see them. And sometimes it's hard to get an objective view on the way you see situations. And we tend to always have a tendency, and everybody has a tendency. So the first question is, do you know what your tendency is? I tend to catastrophize things. When things happen, I make them a lot worse than they need to be. And I've had a lot of incredible people in my life that I've been blessed with that have helped me kind of come off the edge and then see things a different way and realize they're not so bad. And sometimes it's just that one little comment that someone can tell you that changes everything. Just you shift your mindset and like, you reframe and you're like, I never thought about that. And I always say this, and I think it's so powerful, it's worth repeating that if you've ever had anyone tell you anything where it was not what you originally thought, and you were like, wow, that's very insightful, or that really changed the way I see something. If that has ever happened to you, that means that it's possible that that keeps happening to you, which means you don't know anything. And you have to be humble enough to know that you don't know jack, that there are people who know a lot more than you. And. And we have to search and have those people in our lives. Because a lot of times that's the answer to whatever problem is that we're faced with. And so to reframe and get a different perspective on something certainly makes sense. But when you don't have anyone in your life, how do you do it? And you have to reach out to people. If you don't have people in your life that you have as a truth teller that you don't have in this built elite community, if you don't have at work or at home, and you got to figure that piece out if you don't have it, because it is. It is the missing link to a lot of people's growth that they don't have someone, and you're blessed if you have one, you're lucky. And even more blessed if you have a couple or a few. But you know, again we have tendencies. You got to know what your tendencies are. You got to lean against your tendencies, which is hard. And it's even harder to lean against your tendency when you don't even see it. So you know, that's where having a truth teller and a builder to me has been so valuable. I've had. I've had so many times where I was repeating the same mistake over and over until someone was able to like show me and put a mirror right up in front of me. And again I self reflect all the time and I still couldn't see it. And sometimes that's what how life, that's how it works. We're just. We're like it says in the page. We're born self centered. It's so true. So figure that it figure out what that means for you. Write about that. Write about that and share that and get some feedback. Go against the grain. Go against your tendency to not share. See what happens. You don't know how one comment can make you see something, learn something, glean something and it changes your life. It's. It's so incredible when that happens. I've watched people in builtly practice. I've seen people do that so many times it's unbelievable.
