Day 365: Caught, not taught day...

Chad Silverstein walks through the build to lead program's shared framework: worldview, whip, 3Ps, and opus. One-on-one coaching works but costs more. The material is meant to be revisited as you grow, not learned once.

I was talking to Chet and we were discussing some of the pieces in the six pack and I was telling him how I wanted to build something in the community that gave people some clarity and something they can follow. More of a process. Usually when you're a client, you're jumping all over, especially when you first start because you're working on the discovery document and whatever you got going on in your life you tend to talk about. And because there's not an exact way that you have to do build to lead, you can really start in different places and the builder determines that, which means that everybody's not going through the same process, even though we're all aiming at the same thing. And having the community and being able to like go through the process of the worldview and the whip and then the 3Ps and the opus. We just tried to give you some structure and we tried to give you a little bit more depth behind the build fleet experience of kind of becoming built elite. But there's no substitute for the one on one work for the practice. And you know, people have to be able to afford that type of an investment because it's expensive and it's, it's, it's worth the result of what people have gotten. And I've been blessed to be able to have that. And I want to thank everybody who went through all the disciplines and got there and hopefully I didn't annoy you too much each day and whenever you got back into it after taking a few days off and, and I'm here in the community that you can reach out to through the forum or direct message me and happy to provide feedback on any of the work as you'll see things evolve in our community. Depending on when you watch this, you know, in the forum there's going to be specifics on how to write out the core and the opus, all the nuances and we hope and our goal is to get you into the builder's journey space where you can kind of get an interview in, let us tell your story, make one of the cool videos for you and if you're interested, just reach out to me personally and I'll get it set up and we'll do it together. And good luck on your build to lead journey. It's worth going through the book again. This is just the first rinse and you gotta keep going through it. Never ending process, never ending learning. Promise you that you'll learn different things, you'll come across different things that you didn't understand the first time through. And there's something to be said about revisiting and going back to the beginning to start over. And hopefully you'll have a team to do it with. So thanks again and keep building.
