Chet used to come into practice and do all kinds of cool things to kick us off. Sometimes I would hijack practices. Sometimes some of the employees would. But Chet always had a plan for where we were going to go. And I remember the time he asked us to write down our top 10 things that people should know, top 10 things people ought to know, and having those conversations. And I remember, you know, it starts off with people, you know, do they need to know about choice, or do they need to know about life? And Chet would say yes. So it really didn't make a difference. I think people would miss that in practice. They always thought they knew what the purpose was, or they didn't, and they just aimlessly were just answering and doing whatever they were being told to do. But it was a fun conversation, and I think we did center a lot of what we discussed about what people ought to know about choice. And I think that led to someone taking a productive action to make a list so that we can give it to new people when they first come on. And why make people read our minds? If we want them to know, we should just tell them so. Those practices and those exercises were always fun. And watching my team learn how to extrapolate what they learn in practice and then go do something with it, it was so great, because I wasn't the only one who had to do that. And then I had a team of people who were doing that, too. And so we really started to take off and feel that traction that everyone was just moving forward in the same direction. It's incredible. So that was a favorite. The top 10 things people ought to know.
