If you've ever been blessed to be.
In a built to lead practice, then.
You may have watched a clip from the Matrix. We talk about it a lot. We talk about it in this book.
There is something really cool when you watch people working on their worldview and authoring out what they believe, challenging it.
Changing things based on a new way of seeing things, and starting to become.
A believer, a believer in anything.
It doesn't matter if it's their faith, it doesn't matter if it's what they believe about a topic or a situation. It doesn't matter if they start to get a little bit more confident that.
They can dish back a little truth.
Because they believe in themselves. There's just something very attractive about someone.
Who starts to believe.
And in the Matrix, when Neo starts to believe and you start to see.
The visual of it so, so powerful. And it's worth watching because as much.
As we watch that on TV and it's a movie, it's a great example.
Of what we're after. And it's also the result of doing.
The hard work and built to lead.
It's what you get and what you realize when you look back at where.
You came from when you first started.
On day one to where you are today on day 88, that you've picked up some steam. And again, this is one of those.
Kind of cool scorecard wins that you can hopefully have for yourself when people make comments to you like, you seem.
A little different or, you know, what's gotten into you lately. I've seen some changes in you and you don't even have to say anything. You literally can just smile knowing that you know you're a little different because you, you're different on purpose. You've worked on yourself and it's, it's just the result of what's going to happen. You don't even have to aim at that. It's just literally going to happen for you. So don't get too far away from revisiting your worldview. Rinse it, add things to it, the.
Ands, the howevers, the exceptions. It becomes a thing where you start.
Looking at it and it becomes word changes. And words matter. They sometimes and oftentimes make a world of a difference, as Chet likes to say. And it's true, sometimes a word change can change your view on everything and it's a nuance. But leadership is about thousands and thousands of nuances. It's your melody line and it's the way you see the world and that has to constantly evolve as you evolve, so you can't just stop doing it. So go back and revisit your worldview. Figure out where you're starting to believe a little bit more. Maybe where you need a little bit more. Understand that you may start to believe.
But you're not a believer yet.
And that's important to humble yourself and realize that as confident as you might be in your belief in certain areas of your life, you can always grow.
In every area, including the areas that.
You'Re already strong and believe.
