A short talk by Chad Silverstein encouraging listeners to identify and maximize their unique gifts and talents. He argues each person is distinct (no two people are exactly alike) and that a life purpose is to discover and focus on what you are naturally good at rather than trying to do things you were not given the ability to do.

So there are, what, 8 billion people around the world? There's no other person in the world that's exactly like you. No person looks exactly like you, and no person has the gifts that God gave you. And so your job, I believe one of our purposes in this life is to figure out how to maximize the gifts that you've been given. And if you can't do that, that's a problem, because you end up doing and trying to do things that you have not been given it. See how that works out for you? So there's a rabbi Tats. He does an exercise that's one of my favorites. He draws a circle, put all the things that you're really good at inside the circle. Ironically, most people are better putting things that are outside the circle things that they're not good at. Which is a great place to start if you're trying to figure it out, because at least, you know, I don't like to do this, I don't like to do that. But whatever you put in that circle that you've been given as a gift or that you enjoy, that you love, your job is to maximize that and do that because that's. That's the gift you've been given.
