If you've led anything and you see the caliber of the team that you're leading, it will be in alignment with you. Hard truth. As you get better, your team will get better, you'll demand more, and you'll find people who can come in and give it to you. And if you remain at this level, then you'll keep hiring people at this level. And so that's the truth is you're working on yourself and you're becoming stronger and. And if you're not, you're not. And the bottom line is, if you look back at your trend of your company and you see the growth of your company and you see the challenges that you've had to overcome as you've kind of broke through ceilings and all of a sudden you need new capabilities and you got to go hire different people that you never thought you'd be hiring, you know, your caliber of the type of individual that you're finding will be in the same ballpark of you, you know, C players. Hire C players. You're not going to find a C player on an HR department who is then going and hiring A players. Now, they don't do that because it's gonna make it harder for them. So they find people like them and then they hire those people in. It's just the way it works. And, you know, if you're leading anything, you know, you don't want C players, and that means that you can't be one.
