I love when I hear people say that they don't judge people. Everybody judges people. Everybody's got an opinion. I mean, you have an opinion, you're judging them. You ever meet someone and you immediately just like are attracted to them? They're just cool and you just kind of feel like it clicks and you know why. And then there are times where you'll click with someone and you don't know why. You just have this kind of pull towards them. And then the same when you don't like someone. I've had interviews before, they walk into my office and I immediately just get this weird feeling and I just don't like the person and I have no reason why. And then there are times where they open up their mouth and I know exactly why I don't like them. So we all have biases. But the one thing I've learned doing thousands of interviews is that you have to check yourself because I've had people come in and I didn't like them. And being curious and understanding that maybe what I originally thought, my first impression was just way off.
