I love hearing people say that debt is good. The only people who are saying debt is good is the people who know how to use debt for good. The problem is the people who are hearing it don't know how to use it as an investment tool, don't know how to use it to leverage. So you know it's not so good. You know, as an owner of a collection agency for 25 years, I can tell you firsthand, debt is not good. And there are different types of debt. Yes. But I'll tell you the best thing about debt, and that is not owing anybody any money and not having anyone own a piece of you. You could say that you have good debt, and that may be true. And you're part of the minority of the individuals who can pull that off. But for the average folk, the normal individuals who don't know how to leverage money in that way, debt is not good. And there is something very peaceful about not owing anybody any money, not having anyone have a piece of you, and just not having that financial stress on your shoulders. What an amazing goal for, for people to be able to achieve, to be debt free.
