It seems like the digital revolution that's happening right now in our world is getting worse and worse. And the amount of time that's being spent online because everything's done online now just continues to increase to the point where you can see how everything is going to be connected at some point where you won't be able to even tell the difference of when you're not connected. So if you don't go dark and you've signed up for that lifetime auto subscription to being online, you have to find times to be deliberate about going dark and shutting off the technology and giving yourself some of the space. You don't realize, we just don't realize how much we fill that space with noise and distraction. And if you don't ever give yourself some space, give yourself some time to just reflect and just take it in and just be present, then you'll never be present. You'll never be present. And you will be one of those people that says, wow, time goes fast. Flew by, no clue where it went.
