I always knew when people left my office, we're all living completely different lives. Some people are going home to an empty house. Some people are going home to a sobering environment. Who knows? You know, you don't know. Everyone's living a different life, and I know that everyone struggles with something, period. That way of empathizing with people that you're around, you see them every day. If you keep asking, eventually they see that you care and they let it out. And that's when trust just goes, right? It could just be one of those conversations.
