More Than a Few...

Two people discuss building a culture of builders in organizations. They argue that real adoption of a framework stays limited to a few people who truly embrace it, and that growth often requires starting over rather than incremental change.

Are you holding him accountable? Are you kicking his ass?
Well, we're. We've just spent six weeks getting more clarity on why you're here.
Huh.
You know, builds the definite thing because you break through these ceilings.
Yeah.
And you just have to start over because you're either reinventing yourself or you're into something new. Or you've learned so much that now.
You'Re in a different place, whatever case it is, but you're like, literally start over. So our framework is. It's every new builder that comes on, they've obviously mastered the framework, but now they're learning to think about a new opus of what does that look like as a builder? What kind of practice do you want to build? What kind of expression? Because he's way outside the box. And especially for our younger builders that think there's a straight and narrow, which is true for the framework, but different for the model of how it could get delivered.
Sure. Yeah, Boy, that's true.
And I think part of your heart. I don't know of any two clients that have extended the reach to everyone in their firm. And I think what I've observed is that may have started off as mandatory. Everybody's come, and then it tends to mature into. You want to see who embraces it and wants to be there.
Yeah. I mean, Chat. Chat's always said, you know, and this really helped me kind of make peace with that part, which is like, it's only for the few. Right. So you offer it to everybody, even if you make it mandatory, you know. You know, it's only going to be a few that really, you know, catch it.
Yeah.
And yet, you know, having been doing this with Chat from the beginning of the company and at my old company, but so that's now been, you know, with this company, 12, 13 years, the few add up over time and they multiply, you know, and so it turns out to not be a few, you know, you. You got get guys like, you know, shot. You know, that's a pretty big multiplier because, you know, he would have never known what built a lead was. And now he's doing it, you know, so, yeah, it's pretty cool.
