Resist impulse. The one thing that if you could stop resisting it or if you can change, it could really change a lot of things in your life and make your life better. So the question is, which one are you dealing with? Because everybody's got one. Well, everybody has issues with something that holds them back in their life, making that a focal point of your personal and professional growth. To be able to resist impulse, for some people, that's not going to be realistic, but you better be ready to put the stake in the ground. It's about things that distract us. It's about things that you can easily change. But you've been so habitually patterned to do these things over and over because you've done them for so long. I think it's important for you to realize that you have the choice. There's probably a few people maybe you have in your life that you can depend on to be able to share something and trust them with something very personal and sensitive to you. Address it. Because to do it by yourself, if it hasn't worked, it's not going to work. That's my challenge for you today, is to pick one, commit to it, do something about it, and pick small, productive actions to beat it. Every win's a big win.
