Well, I'd say really my role with Built2Lead is that I'm trying to learn. That's my role, really. I'm learning from Chet and I'm learning from his clients. That's really been the theme, is that I'm just trying to continually hear and listen to what other people are saying and built a lead, listen to what my dad has talked about, and try to apply it to my life. An example would be just the learning I've got from his clients of tackling small tasks one at a time, having a big dream, but also being able to not focus on that only and really focus on small tasks one at a time. Because me personally, I get very overwhelmed thinking about trying to achieve a huge dream and I'll crumble before I start. But really focusing and learning and like, setting real goals that are short term has really helped me. The nature is to when someone tells you there's something wrong is to fight them. To say, like, no, like, screw you, I don't want to hear that. And I had this thought and it just brought me back to choice. Because when I was a high schooler coming to Choice Recovery, my initial thought was, honestly, I don't know why somebody would really want to work here. Like, I wouldn't see myself working at Choice Recovery. I hear people talking, build to lead. And so when I came back around to Choice Recovery, Built Lead, that was one of my questions was I remember having a practice asking people a choice, why do you work here? And I remember people's answers from that team practice with Bill Tilade. And I was just like, out of all of Chet's clients, this one surprised me the most that I heard real reasons for why someone falls in love with their job. And I was just surprised because it wasn't something I would ever see myself do, which I probably don't still. But the just the level of passion that people had, I was just like, I wouldn't expect that people at Choice would have had the serious reasons they had, like going into debt and helping trying to get other people out of debt. This was a new perspective I had that when I came here. Initially, I was like, I don't see why people want to work here. But after hearing that and looking, I just. It's probably one of the. Their culture here is one of the most receptive to feedback that I've seen. Sam.
