That when someone's the right fit in your company, that they're a culture fit. If they're not a culture fit and they're working against you like a silent disruptor in your office, Whether it's a negative attitude or someone who exhibits the opposite of the core values that you want. My number one core value was responsibility. It's very easy to hold people accountable. It's a responsibility. When people make a mistake, they either own it or they don't. And when they don't, having responsibility as my core value, I can then hold them accountable to that. And we would have everybody score themselves on the core values, and we'd have the leaders who they were directly reporting to have a conversation with them about their core values. And you couldn't be under the bar. You had to be a core value fit. And if you're not, you're going on a performance improvement plan.
