When people don't feel safe or there's no trust built, then they feel triggered.
Our tagline is together we transform. Because you cannot lead by yourself. Even though you'll feel like you're leading by yourself and you'll feel isolated, you can't do it by yourself. And you can't build a culture on your own by just standing up in front of your company yelling out what you want them to do and think. It's really easy to teach leadership and you can have your workshops, but to actually build a leader for me, executive building and coaching, it draws the leadership stuff out of me. And it all comes back to who you are, and it all comes back to where you're going and what type of a leader do you want to be? And there are tough leaders and there are tender leaders, and you just have to embrace who you are and be okay with the fact that some people aren't going to like you. And that's just so hard to do.
