So the Build Sleep motto is dream and do. It's getting clear on where you want to go and then it's getting busy doing all the things that you need to do that align with all the things that we're going to work on together, put together for you so that you can have a roadmap and have this guide that you'll author that'll get you to where you want to go. And being able to answer a fundamental question before you even start is going to be really important. And that question is, why are you here? And you got to write that out and you got to bring it to practice because that's how we're going to start our practice. And we want to make sure that you know why you're here. And you can ask any questions you want about that question. You'll probably get the same answer no matter what you ask. But we give you the opportunity to ask any curious questions. But you just need to know that your productive action and the expectation is that you show up to practice with why you are here and share that. Share it. Depending on where we go in practice, make sure you share where it is that you want to go and that you're bringing up. Since this is your first practice, this is how we'll know. You'll watch the program that you are sharing while you're here and let the group know. And yeah, we welcome it and we can't wait to hear it.
